OFFICE BUILDINGS: As of August 1, 2011, the new Comprehensive (Combined) Fire Safety/Emergency Action Plan replaces the two separate (FSP & EAP) plans currently in place. The new Comprehensive...Plan is to be used for all new or amended Fire Safety Plans & Emergency Action Plans for office occupancies.

HOTELS: When preparing a new or amended Fire Safety Plan for a Hotel, you must use the new Format that took effect January 1, 2011.

My name is Jerry Strollo.  I'm a Certified Protection Professional (C.P.P.) with the American Society of Industrial Security and a retired NY City Police Captain. I'm a member of the National Fire Protection Association, and International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.

For the last 18 years, I've operated a successful fire safety & security consulting company, catering to multi-tenant, Class "A" office buildings, hotels, and other entities.
